The Aftersale Operator handles returned products — registering items, verifying customer details, and scheduling repair intake.

### Open Intake Dashboard Navigate to the Intake Dashboard from the main menu to begin processing a return. ### Enter Customer Information Verify and enter the customer's details including name, contact, and purchase reference. ### Record Product Details Log the returned product information — model, serial number, and reported issue. ### Submit Intake Review all entries and submit to confirm the intake and schedule the repair.
