ERPRepairs & Support

Getting Started

How to sign up at erp.colaservice.com, get approved, and log in for the first time.

Welcome. This is the new system we use for repairs and customer support across all our branches — Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Benin City, Ibadan (Oyo), and Ikeja HQ. It replaces FieldSync.

Take your time with this page. There is nothing here you can spoil, and you only do this once.

Step 1 — Sign up

  1. Open your browser and go to erp.colaservice.com.
  2. Click Sign Up.
  3. Enter your work email address, your full name, and choose a password.
  4. Click Sign Up again to send your request.

Use the email address the company knows you by. If you sign up with a personal email nobody recognises, your approval will take longer.

Step 2 — Wait for approval

Your account does not open immediately. Somebody must approve you first — this is what keeps customer records safe.

  • Approval normally comes the same working day.
  • You will receive an email telling you your account is ready.
  • Until then, you cannot log in. That is normal. Nothing has gone wrong.

While you wait, you can go and read Which System Do I Use? so you are ready on day one.

Step 3 — Log in for the first time

  1. Go back to erp.colaservice.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Login.
  4. If you are asked to change your password, choose a new one and write it somewhere safe.

You are in. What you see on your screen depends on your job — a receptionist sees different things from a technician. That is by design.

The email has not arrived — what do I do?

Work through this list in order:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder. This is the reason nine times out of ten. If you find the mail there, open it and click Not Spam so future mails come to your inbox.
  2. Check that you typed your email correctly when signing up. One wrong letter and the mail goes nowhere.
  3. Wait until the end of the working day. Approvals are done by a person, not a machine.
  4. Still nothing? Ask your Branch Manager. They can see pending sign-ups for your branch and approve you, or push it up to the admin team at Ikeja HQ.

When you contact your manager, tell them:

  • your full name,
  • the exact email address you used to sign up,
  • your branch,
  • your job (receptionist, technician, or manager).

That is everything they need to sort you out quickly.
