Buying & Payments

Are products on ColaSolar genuine?

Yes. ColaSolar only allows verified distributors and manufacturers to list products. All items undergo brand authorization checks and include valid manufacturer warranties.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Verve), instant bank transfers, USSD via Paystack, and flexible Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) solar financing.

How does multi-vendor checkout work?

You can add items from different sellers into one cart. The platform calculates individual shipping fees for each vendor warehouse location, and you pay once at checkout.

Shipping & Installation

How long does delivery take?

• Within State: 1 to 2 business days.
• Interstate Freight: 3 to 5 business days for heavy solar panels and battery banks.

Do products include installation?

Equipment purchases do not include installation by default unless added at checkout. You can select a certified installer from our directory during checkout.

Warranties & Returns

What is the warranty policy?

• Solar Panels: Up to 25-year linear power output warranty.
• Lithium Batteries: 3 to 5-year manufacturer replacement warranty.
• Inverters: 1 to 2-year warranty depending on model.

How do I return a defective item?

If an item arrives damaged or defective, report it within 48 hours via your account dashboard under Order Claims. Escrow funds remain locked until issues are resolved.

Selling & Installer Network

How much does it cost to register as a vendor?

Vendor registration and product catalog hosting are 100% free. A small percentage commission is charged only when you complete a sale.
