Order Tracking & Delivery
After completing checkout, your order progress can be monitored from your Customer Account Dashboard under My Orders.
Order Status Lifecycle
- Payment Confirmed: Payment successfully verified via Paystack.
- Processing: Vendors are preparing equipment, verifying warranties, and packing shipment.
- Dispatched: Courier / freight truck is en route to your delivery location.
- Delivered: Equipment handed over and waybill signed.
- Installed & Active: Certified technician completed installation and tested solar commissioning.
Managing Sub-Orders
If your purchase included equipment from multiple vendors:
- Each vendor will issue a separate tracking code.
- Deliveries may arrive at different times depending on warehouse origin.
- Installation service (if requested) is coordinated after all equipment components have arrived at your delivery address.
Receiving Fragile Equipment: Inspect solar panel glass surfaces and battery casings for any transport damage before signing the courier waybill.
