Finding & Hiring Solar Installers
The ColaSolar Directory provides a searchable, transparent catalog of accredited solar contractors across Nigeria.
Searching the Directory
To find contractors tailored to your project:
Open Directory
Navigate to Find Installers in the main menu or click Find Installers on the homepage.
Filter by Region & Capacity
Use the search filters to specify:
- State / City: (e.g., Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt)
- System Size Capacity: Residential (1–5kVA), Commercial (10–50kVA), or Industrial (>100kVA).
- Verification Badge: Filter strictly accredited contractors.
Inspect Contractor Profile
Click on any installer card to view:
- Business background and years of experience
- Verified NEMSA / COREN certifications
- Completed project gallery with photos
- Authenticated client reviews and star ratings
Saved Installers & Favorites
Note
You can click the Bookmark / Heart icon on any contractor profile to add them to your My Installers list for quick access during proposal reviews.
Requesting a Custom Proposal
When you find a contractor you like:
- Click Request Proposal on their profile page.
- Fill out your building type (Residential, Office, Factory) and power requirements (load estimation or monthly electricity bill).
- The contractor will submit a detailed technical bill of materials (BOM), inverter specs, battery type (Lithium LiFePO4 / Gel), and pricing breakdown directly to your dashboard.
